This look reminds me of a checker board, a very pretty bright checker board. For this look I used my Hello Kitty Too Dolly palette, something I just don’t use enough. I have a tendency to reach for the same shadows every time I wear make-up.

Ok a little background info on the name. I wanted something that represented pride in my pale skin, I love my pale skin and always have. I’m happy to see more and more people embracing their natural skin tone and ditching the fake tan. This blog primarily is to showcase the beauty in pale skin, discuss cosmetics that work and which don’t. I believe in being proud of who you are and I love how diverse we humans are. I believe make-up is a great way to celebrate both similarities and differences.

I have finally got something new to share and I hope to continue to create some interesting looks to share. I spend pretty much most of my time wearing no make-up at all so it is always fun playing with my make-up. I’m a full-time student who make the use of technology, I love sitting in my pj’s on my couch listening to lectures and tutorials rather than having to leave the house lol.

A little background info about me:

1. I’m currently 23 but will be turning 24 in a couple of weeks

3. I’m an Aussie with English and German heritage
4. I have very sensitive lips, I generally only wear vaseline because most other products irritate my lips (though I will try to wear something for my looks).
5. I have very dry skin and adult acne (yay… not lol)
6. I’m a creative person, I love painting and crafts
7. I don’t know why but I have been loving repeats of old shows like Diagnosis Murder, Sabrina the Teenage Witch and wait for it….. The Love Boat

Hello everybody,

I thought I would start a new blog specifically for my make-up addiction. I’m a super pale Aussie so I’ll document my journey to find the right foundation shade. I know it can be an extremely frustrating search, I’ve personally tried brands like MAC, Estee Lauder, Revlon, MUFE, Laura Mercier, Stila, NARS and many more.

I plan on creating a variety of different looks, show previous looks I’ve done, review products, advice on where I purchase cosmetics and hopefully some make up tutorials via youtube.
